QUOTATIONS, PRICING and BUDGET
These are most important when choosing Yallingup Landscapes to design and build your new or existing landscape garden. Once the initial consultation is concluded, Jason will write up a quotation for the landscape design which will have a few stages and a separate quotation for the landscape construction works.
Jason will give a proposal as to the cost of the landscape design at the consultation then will send a fee proposal and letter of contract to you, the client to read and sign before sending back to Yallingup Landscapes office with a 50% deposit. A further 50% balance payment will be required on hand over of full landscape design plan once finalized.
(For larger landscape projects progressive payments would be required throughout the duration of the project, this would be outlined in the contract)
The quotation fee is part of the design cost and will come with the landscape design plan. Increasingly, investing in the design and planning advice is being seen as the sensible thing to do, especially when a lot of money is to be spent.
When contacting Yallingup Landscapes it is important to have a budget in mind. The budget will assist Jason in knowing the quality of the product that can be used in the project and also the size of the project.
