LANDSCAPE CONSULTATION SERVICE
Begins with contacting Yallingup Landscapes by ringing the office or contacting Jason direct on his mobile to visit you either at our office, your home or proposed job site, at arranged time, day and date that is convenient for you or your client.
At the first meeting Jason will discuss ideas on the project to be done, record notes, measure areas and heights, take digital photos and the client will fill out a questionaire sheet so we can understand a bit about the client and their requirements.
Jason will offer advice on possible solutions, give great ideas, product selection and materials that can be used and sourced, also advice on what you wish to achieve. Looking at the conditions of the house or development, weather conditions, wind areas, size of block, screening areas, privacy, shade, entertaining areas, visual outlook from inside the building, pool design, water features, storage areas, children play areas, what type of lifestyle you live, if you have children and teenagers, if you have grand/ children, care for elderly, disability or have health issues, all of which is extremely important to consider when planning and designing a well organized and functional garden.
Full portfolio photos will be shown at the consultation, magazines, landscape books, catalogues of products to look through, also a list of previous projects carried out for you to look at and projects currently under construction to view under Jason's supervision. This is generally by appointment only.
A budget of the scope of landscape works is a major requirement from you, the client, to determine the size and scale of the project also the quality of outcome. It is very important to have a realistic budget for us to work to.

Jason will determine if a landscape design is required, generally all gardens will require some sort of design, he will let you know what sort of design is required and the initial cost for this process. A written quotation will be done for the cost of the design.
